Federal grand jury indictment reveals new details in attack on Paul Pelosi

The new indictment against two brothers in this case expands the number of charges against them to include conspiracy to murder as well as the use of firearms in furtherance of a crime and other weapons charges.

A grand jury indictment unsealed Thursday reveals details of the case against two brothers, John and Chris Roshon, and the alleged plot to kill the Democratic National Committee chairman.

Prosecutors describe in the unsealed indictment new details of the investigation and the alleged plan to attack a Paul Pelosi hotel room in Washington, D.C. on Dec. 7, 2016.

The Roshon brothers’ attorney did not respond to Mic’s request for comment.

The Roshons were arrested in April, 2016, at their home in McLean, Virginia.
